- His love for the mountains probably took root during a half-conscious period in early childhood, when his parents used to take him hiking. He discovered an aware, genuine passion for the mountains during a mountaineering course in 2004, thanks to what he learned there and the people he met. And ever since, he’s been happy to share this joy with everyone.

- Lora grew up at the foot of the Rila mountain, above Blagoevgrad. The summers she spent in the forests around the Bodrost area were likely the key to her love for nature, high mountains, and free roaming through them.
- After years of hiking in the Bulgarian mountains as an enthusiast, she decided to turn her hobby into a profession and successfully obtained her mountain guide licence.
- Her greatest passion is multi-day, long routes with the possibility of sleeping under the open sky. She likes to joke that "if there are too many comforts, you're not really on a holiday".
- For the past few years she has been dedicating her winters predominantly to ski touring.
