How it works

2. Pay online or by bank transferOnline by card, at once. By bank transfer, you get the details by email.
3. Get your personal codeBy email, once the payment arrives. The code is tied to your email.
4. Book with the codePick a program and enter the code in the Promo code field. Your place is paid.

Questions

Do I have to pick the dates when I buy?

No. You buy the package, then book each program separately, whenever it suits you.

Can I cancel a program?

Yes, up to 5 days before the program. It then goes back to the package and you can pick another date. After that, cancelling is not possible and the program counts as used.

What if the program is cancelled because of the weather?

It goes back to the package.

Can I use the package for a friend?

The packages are personal: they pay for the place of the person the code belongs to. Your friend books in the same reservation at the normal price.

What is included?

Transport and insurance are included in every package. Equipment rental and the single kayak surcharge are not.

What is the difference between the year card and the season pass?

The season pass is for one-day hikes in one season. The year card lasts 12 months, covers every one-day program, kayaking and rafting too, and costs less per program.
