Sandy beaches, coastal bars, and great company await you on this 3-day seaside kayaking getaway. The program is beginner-friendly and perfect for those looking to combine relaxation with a touch of adventure.
A Bit About the Island:
Located at the northern edge of the Gulf of Athos, between the second and third fingers of the Halkidiki peninsula, Ammouliani is surrounded by a small archipelago of islets with pristine, wild beaches accessible only by boat-or in our case, by kayak.
The nearest village, Ouranoupoli, will be part of our journey, where we’ll cap off the day with an unforgettable sunset.
The island boasts sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, offering plenty of time for sunbathing, snorkeling, or even cliff jumping. At the end of each day, we’ll unwind in a local taverna with a drink and delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Tour Itinerary
Early departure from Sofia (Vasil Levski Stadium). We expect to arrive at the campsite around 1:00 PM, depending on border traffic. After settling in, we’ll head to the shore for a briefing and kayaking training. The first day is always dedicated to training and improving your kayaking skills in our groups.
Today, we’ll leisurely paddle along the coastline to Ouranoupoli. After a refreshing drink break, we’ll head back to the campsite. Dinner will be served at the campsite’s restaurant.
At 9:30 AM, the group gathers on the beach by the kayaks. We’ll prepare our gear for the day and cross the bay towards Ammouliani Island. There will be rest stops every hour. During the breaks, you’ll have free time to relax on the beach or swim-the choice is yours.
In the evening, we’ll take a stroll through Ouranoupoli and enjoy dinner at a taverna, while watching the sunset.
At 9:30 AM, we’re back on the kayaks. Today, we’ll visit the Donkey Islands (Magarese Islands). After a final stop at a beach, we’ll head back to the campsite.
At 3:00 PM, we’ll depart for Bulgaria.
